When should I place my order?

Accepted Answer

The sooner you order the better. More lead time means more time to get the parts, colors and sizes needed in time for your arrival. However, we gaurentee orders placed by August 1 wil be available by August 27, 2018 for pick up. This guarantee does not carry for those orders placed after August 1, 2018.

Who can participate in the Shop & Ride Program deals?

ANYONE! This program is targeted to incoming first year students since they will have four years on our bicycle-friendly campus to ride. It's estimated that over 40% of Dickinson students bring or buy bikes. However, the program is open to any student, faculty, staff, parents, alum or family member that wants to take advantage of these deals.

When do I get my bike?

Accepted Answer

You can pick your order up at your convenience. All orders place by August 1, 2018 should be in store and ready for pick up when you arrive after August 27, 2018. Orders placed after August 1, 2018 will be processed as quickly as possible, but may not be be here by August 27, 2018 depending on style and color availability.

Where do I get my bike?

You will pick up your bike at 327 N. Hanover Street, Carlisle PA 17013 during business hours once you get to campus. The shop is only about 1 mile from Dickinson's campus. Please allow 30 minutes for fitting and orientation when you pick up.

What does the service plan include?

All purchases include an initital fitting and a 60 day tune-up at Cole's.

Why am I being charged shipping and handling?

A $13.86 charge is applied to all orders in the event the item is not in stock at store and needs ordered. This charge will be refunded if items are in stock! We would rather provide refunds that ask for additional fees after the order is placed.
